Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days. We will do our best to make changes where we can. Please contact us: hello@blueelvin.com with any changes or cancellations.

We don’t believe in overproduction. Set 1 comprises limited-edition units of 200. If your size is out of stock please contact us: hello@blueelvin.com so we can start planning for future stock.

We offer free global shipping on orders over £150. We ship worldwide from London. UK shipping carriers: Royal Mail and DHL. International shipping carrier: DHL. Flat rates and delivery times below. 

UK Standard (3–5 working days) — £5

UK Express (1-2 working days) — £8

Europe (1-3 working days) — £20

US (2-4 working days) — £20

Canada (2-5 working days) — £25

Australia & NZ (3-5 working days) — £30

For countries outside the UK, the customer will be liable to pay for local sales tax or import duties that apply to the purchase. We will provide the relevant paperwork electronically via DHL. 

Gov.uk guidelines state there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be spread through post or packages. We encourage the use of alternative delivery options available (such as leave in a safe place), avoiding direct contact with the courier.


Payments

We accept all major credit cards including accelerated checkouts (Apple pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay). We do not accept Paypal payments.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition. Orders are refunded in full excluding shipping costs, customs and import duties.  

To request a return or exchange please contact us: hello@blueelvin.com, include your full name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. Once return or exchange is confirmed please send back your item in its original packaging (including printed materials). Please use tracked postage, providing us with tracking details. As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returns and exchanges.

Following an inspection of your returned/exchanged item please allow up to 5 days for us to process it.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please contact us: hello@blueelvin.com with a photo of the product and your order number.


Product

Our products are built to last. For optimal care machine wash inside out at 30°C, wash with like colours, do not use fabric softener or bleach, and do not tumble dry or iron. Care instructions can be found on the products.

Please refer to our Size Guide. For a more sculpted fit we recommend sizing down. For shin sleeves, we suggest selecting your legging size.

Set 1 was manufactured in Lithuania. Designed in London, components were sourced from Italy, the UK, and China. Read more about our ethical practices here.
